Himachal Pradesh is a northern Indian state in the Himalayas. It’s home to scenic mountain towns and resorts such as Dalhousie. Host to the Dalai Lama, Himachal Pradesh has a strong Tibetan presence. This is reflected in its Buddhist temples and monasteries, as well as its vibrant Tibetan New Year celebrations. The region is also well known for its trekking, climbing and skiing areas.

Day 1: Delhi - Shimla

On arrival at Delhi Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station, you are greeted by our company representive and depart for Shimla. Reach Shimla by the evening. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay in pre booked hotel.

Day 2: Shimla

After Breakfast, Proceed to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and one can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri. After lunch, explore the various places in and around Shimla. The most interesting ones are the Shimla mosques built in 1830 by Viceroy Regal. Overnight stay in pre booked hotel.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali

After breakfast depart Manali and drive to Manali 280 kms /7 hours enroute. Dinner and overnight stay is at hotel in Manali Dinner and overnight at Manali.

Day 4: Manali

In the morning, after breakfast you would proceed for local sightseeing. Major places are: Gulaba Camp, Jagatsukh, Arjun Gufa (Cave), Naggar Castle, Nehru Kund, Tibetan Market and Mall, Western Himalayan Mountaineering Institute etc... Over night stay at Manali hotel.

Day 5: Manali

In the morning, after breakfast you proceed to visit Rahalla water Falls. It is a gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh valley just like Zojila pass is a gateway to Ladakh, during summer this pass is open for tourists. The rest of the year the traffic flow is broken up due to the heavy snow fall.Kothi and Beas Kund: Overnight stay at Manali hotel.

Day 6: Manali - Dharamshala

After breakfast, proceed for Dharamshala. En-route visit Chamunda Devi Temple. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7: Dharamshala - Dalhousie

After breakfast visit Bhudhist Monastery, Bhagsunag Temple. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Dharamshala. Later drive to Dalhousie. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8: Dalhousie - Amritsar

Early morning check out from hotel. Reach Amritsar in the afternoon. Afternoon visit to Wagah Border - to see Indo-Pak Border closing ceremony and Amritsar city. Overnight stay at amritsar hotel.

Day 9: Amritsar

After breakfast at hotel, visit to Golden Temple - the famous Sikh Gurudwara, Jallianwala Bagh, colour Bazar of Amritsar for some shopping. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10: Amritsar - Delhi

Early morning leave back to Delhi.
